a very special post for #250... today roger federer FINALLY beat rafa nadal on clay, in a final, for the first time in two years! he won the madrid masters series championship with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over the now #1 rafael nadal. this is his 15th masters series title (andre agassi has a record 17), but his first in a very long while (nadal and djokovic had been collecting them recently).
oh man, for awhile there it looked like he was never gonna be able to get over the nadal roadblock, but congratulations to federer, he finally did it... let's hope he can keep the win streak alive into the french open!
