wow i was so worried allison was gonna be out, but i'm good with lil and anoop going home (although they both sounded pretty darn good during their final songs right?). just a quick thought though, could archuleta have picked a lamer/crappier/sappier song than "touch my hand?" barf. out of his whole cd i'd say that is my most hated song. man, do they purposely tell these past idol contestants to sing crappily whenever they come back? even david cook the other week sounded pretty bad. the only two contestants that ever came back and actually made me think "wow, now that's an american idol success story" was kelly clarkson (the first time when she sang "miss independent" and the second time during idol gives back one year when she sang "up to the mountain" with an already overstressed voice) and carrie underwood (ANYTIME she comes back). everyone besides those two come back and they either look too tired/stressed out, too fat, too skinny, or too horrifically magnificent (re: red-haired fantasia booty dancing... ewww.... bad memories).
okay, that's all i have to say about that.

Though i seem to remember Carrie coming back looking a little too skinny a few times..wholeheartedly agree
