just when i had finally accepted itunes, gave in a bought an ipod nano just a little while ago, apple gives me another reason to hate itself.
i bought my ipod on july 21st... an 8GB ipod nano for $200.
today, sept. 9th, apple sends me an email telling me they're selling a new ipod nano... a 16GB for $200.
bastards.

Well I hate to break it to you, but you have to realize that when you buy a product like that, most likely as time goes on, there will be a new and improved product at cheaper value. This is the same in almost any consumer electronics field. Unfortunately and fortunately for some, this is a rapidly moving market today, and when you buy something it takes patience and common sense to make good purchases. What I like to do with apple's products is buy them when their brand new, but with just about anything else where the prices don't change so fast, I like to wait about a year or so. It's different for every person, but you can't be mad at apple for releasing a new product at a sweet price, can you?
who the hell is "lolool?" and did i say that logic has any place here (besides my own personal me-logic of course)? thank you for your riveting insight into the world of consumer electronics, but your smarty-pants comment is not needed, nor wanted.
of course, having a blog on the internet obviously leaves me open to comments and when i don't moderate comments then i'm really inviting anyone to write whatever the crap they want huh?
which brings me to one of my all time pet peeves, i call it the "what gives you the right?" pet peeve. that's when someone insults someone else and that person who was insulted says something like "what gives you the right to say that to me?" or "you have no right to say that to me." of course they have the right dumbass, they can say whatever the hell they want, it's up to you whether or not you want to 1) listen to them, or 2) let their words have any affect on you.
for example, in this situation i might have been tempted to say, "what fool? you don't know me, what right do you have to write a comment like that on my blog? bastard." but, of course, i won't say that because i will 1) choose not to listen or 2) to let it affect me.
of course, i could also just delete the comment completely, but then i wouldn't be able to write this response comment, and i think this is a valuable response comment so i'd better leave both of them up huh?
Hahaha, so I was gonna leave a comment telling you how sucky that was, especially since I know how you were trying to resist buying one for so long. But then I read that fellow's comment and your response and now I am just laughing.
where have you been?! i'm waiting patiently for a blog from you....get busy! i need entertainment.
